About Macky

Macky is the founder and physical therapist at Front Four Physical Therapy. She attended Mt. Mansfield Academy in Stowe, VT before earning her bachelor's degree at St. Lawrence University.

Since graduating from college, Macky has divided her time between Stowe, Vermont, and Jackson, Wyoming, two mountain communities that have shaped both her lifestyle and her approach to physical therapy. An Adirondack 46er and avid skier, cyclist, runner, and mountain biker, she understands firsthand the importance of staying active and the impact an injury can have on quality of life.

Over the past six years, Macky has practiced physical therapy in both Vermont and Wyoming, gaining experience in private practice and hospital-based outpatient clinics. Macky is passionate about lifelong learning and prioritizes continuing education to provide the highest quality, evidence-based care for every patient. 

Opening Front Four Physical Therapy has been a dream since her first year of physical therapy school. She founded the clinic with a simple vision: to create a practice where patients receive individualized, one-on-one care in an environment built on transparency, trust, and clinical excellence.
